The information below comes directly from the external clubs and not the responsibility of Horfield CE Primary School.

Please have a look below at various externally run activities that are happening and these will be updated as soon as the clubs send in their information.

 

BRISTOL ROVERS FUN DAYS

Football Fun Days take place during the school summer holidays - info coming soon for Easter holidays.

WHO?

Boys and girls aged 6 to 13 of all abilities.

HOW MUCH?
Each day is only £10 for five hours of fun, football and entertainment for your child.

HOW DO I BOOK?
To book your child onto a Football Fun Day please download a booking form from the website fundays@bristolroverscommunity.org.uk 


Shine Cricket Academy

Shine are running a cricket academy for all abilities over the Easter holidays. Hard ball cricket is for children from Yr 4-7 and Soft ball cricket for children from Yr 1 at Golden Hill in BS6. All details are online (marketing@shinesportscoaching.com) or call on 0117 4033033.

 

SSE Wildcats Girls Football Club at Horfield Leisure Centre - a new girls football programme starting on Fridays from 5 until 6pm for ages 5 to 11.  Starts Friday 24th March - please ring Patrick on 07946 386123 for more information.

 

Kings Camps based at Badminton School - activities for 5-17s.  Lots of different activities - please see www.kingscamps.org

Lawrence Weston Community Farm

Lots of activities going on at all times during Easter holidays.  Lots of family sessions including Easter Egg hunts on Saturday 15th April.  The farm is also celebrating its 30th birthday this year with various activities throughout June.    Farm activities are free but donations are always gratefully received.  Under 8's need to be accompanied by an adult.  Farm cafe open every weekend in March from 11am til 4pm. School in the Forest Holiday Club

This club runs at Cattle Country Adventure Park in Berkeley.  The club opens at 8am and closes at 6pm.  Lots of different options and prices.  The club is unique as they are based in the great outdoors and use the stimulating environment of natural woodland as their play space and no electronic games in sight! Activities can include den building, scramble nets, low ropes, tree house, cooking activities, painting, and mud painting to name just a few!  In poor weather, they have the use of the fantastic Cattle Country facilities.
