Year 5
Homework Expectations
Every Friday homework will be uploaded to the website and where necessary a paper copy will be provided.
Next week (Monday 21st September), your child will be given a homework folder and this should remain at home and any work they do at home can be stored in this.
- Spellings for the term will be issued each week and children can practise their spelling for a test in class the following week.
- Please keep using Doodle Maths and Times Table Rock Stars
- Each child should have brought home a bookmark. Each time they read they record this. When they have read 21 times, they can bring the bookmark back to school!
Each week the class teacher will provide a detailed explanation to the children in the class and on the homework sheet what is required.
You have the option to scan or photograph the work to submit to the teacher by email year5.horfieldp@bristol-schools.uk by Thursday.
